Foti is passionate about high-performance buildings, factors influencing the thermal envelope, cut stone and design. With his keen sense of responsibility, Foti aims to build intelligently, without settling for the minimum. With his Passive House training, before joining L’OEUF, Foti was technical supervisor on complex projects and commissioning agent for buildings aiming for this certification. Passionate about natural stone and the preservation of existing built heritage, Foti is an architect experienced in design, construction and budget management, with a thorough understanding of historic building materials and methods. He knows how to work with preservation experts and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local regulations and historic guidelines. Drawing on his strengths, Foti has successfully led teams to complete restoration projects on time and on budget, while preserving the unique character and historic significance of the buildings.
