Manon is in charge of business development but is also our HR. She has just completed a Certificate in Organisational Development, a branch of Human Resources that focuses on change management and talent development. Manon has many years of experience working with the different branches of various organizations in the new tech, media and marketing industries. She started her career in the Montreal fashion industry to redirect herself in administrative world. She found her passion in the management fields, supporting the operations, marketing and finance departments. Open minded, focussed toward innovation and the humans, talents and culture is at the heart of her practise. Her deepest wishes is to bring everyone at an upper level and leverage the whole organization.
