Manon is in charge of business development but is also our HR department. She has completed a Certificate in Organisational Development, a branch of Human Resources that focuses on change management and talent development. Manon has many years of experience working with different branches of various organizations in new tech, media and marketing industries. She started her career in the Montreal fashion industry where she redirect herself towards the administrative world. She has found her passion in management fields, supporting operations, and marketing and finance departments. Open minded, focused on innovation and people, talent and culture is at the heart of her practice. Her deepest wish is to bring everyone to higher levels and leverage an entire organization.
