RESPONSIBILITIES
L’OEUF is looking for an Intermediate Architect to work on public/institutional and multi-residential projects of various scales. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting team members in the development of innovative and inspiring projects throughout all stages of design and delivery.

Key responsibilities:

Project management, from client meetings to collaboration with project teams, including architects and other professionals
Design and concept development
Coordination with consultants and other professionals
Participation in the production of project documentation at all stages, from feasibility studies to construction documents
Participation in construction administration, site reviews, and report preparation

SKILLS REQUIRED

Positive attitude and excellent customer service.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience
Excellent knowledge and interest in sustainable design and building envelope science.
Excellent command of spoken and written French, good understanding of spoken and written English.
Ability to manage teams, to be a member of a team, and also to work independently when required.
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
WELL, Passive House, or LEED accreditation is considered an asset
